NHL: Chicago’s comeback against Detroit came too late

Die Detroit Red Wings Stay in the North American Professional Ice Hockey League NHL on the road to success. Moritz Seider’s team narrowly beat them Chicago Blackhawks through.

In the 5-3 win, Seider was on the ice for 26 minutes for Detroit, but did not score any points. The Red Wings had goals from in the long one-sided duel Alex DeBrincat (5th minute), Lucas Raymond (21st), Andrew Copp (46th) and Albert Johansson (48th) were already leading 4-1 (Ryan Donato scored in the 11th minute to make it 1-1).

Late double from Teräväinen

But then Chicago turned up the heat in the final third and got ahead with two goals Teuvo Teräväinen (52nd and 58th). When the Blackhawks risked everything and… goalie took off the ice, Marco Kasper put the lid on Detroit a minute before the end.

Lukas Reichel (22) was missing from the Blackhawks’ squad, who, despite their success, were in last place Western Conference remain.
