Upper Palatinate Wiki and Monumenta app: Two major digital projects launched in Upper Palatinate

Today the “Upper Palatinate Wiki” is being launched at the Neusath-Perschen Open Air Museum. This is an Internet information platform like Wikipedia. It collects articles and information, mainly about the culture and history of the Upper Palatinate. Almost 1,000 entries have already been saved. The organizers hope that more will join every day. Homeland Minister Albert Füracker and District Council President Franz Löffler want to activate the “Upper Palatinate Wiki”. The former had already attended the start of another major digital project during the week. In the Regensburg district, a database on monuments in the Upper Palatinate was launched with the Monumenta app.
