Hurricane Helene relief event in Nashville airs Saturday on CBS and CMT


Specially featuring appearances by Brittney Spencer, Chris Janson, Clay Aiken, Jonathan McReynolds and Tyler Hubbard

The United Way Hurricane Relief Benefitwhich was recorded in Nashville on Oct. 27 and 28, will air on Sat. November 2nd at 7pm CT on CBS and CMT and can also be streamed live on Paramount+ with Showtime.

Proceeds from the special will support hurricane relief and long-term recovery efforts following Hurricanes Helene and Milton, benefiting individuals and families throughout the Southeastern United States

The hour-long special features appearances from Brittney Spencer, Chris Janson, Clay Aiken, Jonathan McReynolds and Tyler Hubbard with special messages and appearances from Backstreet Boys, Billy Bob Thornton, Billy Burke, Blake Shelton, Carly Pearce, Cedric The Entertainer and Cody Alan, Jackson Dean, JB SMOOVE, Kelsea Ballerini, Max Thieriot, Nate Burleson, Stephen Colbert, Taye Diggs, Zac Brown Band, alongside real-life heroes Mark Starling and Tank Spencer and more.

This event is one of many concerts hosted by the Nashville music community Help raise money for hurricane relief. A recent concert in Charlotte, NC, conducted by Eric Church and Luke Combs Raised $25 million.

Angela F. Williams, president and CEO of United Way Worldwide, said the United Way Benefit for Hurricane Relief is an opportunity to unite people to help everyone affected by recent hurricanes. “For united is the path to building long-term, lasting resilience for individuals, families and communities,” Williams said in a statement.
