Graphic Village acquires AAA Laminating & Bindery

Graphic Village (GV) is pleased to announce the acquisition of AAA Laminating & Bindery (AAA). AAA is a Fairfield, Ohio-based company known for its excellence in laminating and binding. This acquisition underscores Graphic Village’s commitment to providing a wide range of high-quality printing and finishing solutions to its customers.

The acquisition of AAA Laminating will expand Graphic Village’s offerings. Graphic Village can now offer specialty lamination services including thermal, adhesive, vinyl, polyester, polypropylene and specialty finishes such as gloss, matte, soft touch and scratch resistant. Graphic Village plans to continue serving the laminating needs of other local printers.

The management team and all production staff have agreed to join the Graphic Village operation in Blue Ash, Ohio. All production equipment will also be relocated to the GV Blue Ash facility.
