Merano – A new episode of the “Garden Sessions” was released on Saturday, putting an up-and-coming artist from Merano in the spotlight. The singer Kaytie, who was recently named by the Süddeutsche Zeitung as one of the “21 young people who are making Munich exciting this year”, presents her song “Scherben” in an exclusive live version.

The film was shot on the roof terrace of the Hotel SomVita Suites, accompanied by Thomas Schölzhorn and Isabella Stricker.

The song “Scherben” tells of the depths of a one-sided love that pushes your own needs into the background. Kaytie describes the moment when a person realizes that this love only takes and gives nothing in return – and finds the courage to leave. The song was created in her own four walls, together with roommate Sven.

The live recording offers an authentic and personal interpretation of the song, supported by the interplay of vocals and instrumental accompaniment. The “Garden Sessions” by Max Calanducci from Meran offer a platform that shows the diversity of the South Tyrolean music scene.
